This is like the most exercise I've gotten all year! (I'm not very active... >.I went biking Thursday for an hour, and today, I went biking for an hour and a half! *^^* My butt doesn't hurt like last time. ^_~ Seriously, exercise IS good for you! *^^* I feel so much more energetic, and not nearly as lethargic as I used to. Plus, I lost 5 pounds. :D
