Whoa..

This is like the most exercise I've gotten all year! (I'm not very active... >.<)
I went biking Thursday for an hour, and today, I went biking for an hour and a half! *^^* My butt doesn't hurt like last time. ^_~ Seriously, exercise IS good for you! *^^* I feel so much more energetic, and not nearly as lethargic as I used to. Plus, I lost 5 pounds. :D I feel so proud of myself! I don't feel as "slow" and 'heavy' as I used to, so I feel much better.
