I almost forgot, but I had the most amazing moment in Capoeira. We were just playing around as partners, and I was with Jamie and OH man. I went into a Macaco, which is sort of like a back handspring, but without the spring. IT WAS SO PERFECT. I went up, and slowed waaaay down, almost stopped perfectly at the peak then came back down.
