The mystery deepens!

I love the use of Rhys- his perspective was just perfect for this chapter. We get to see how unbalanced the Doctor is from an outsider perspective, someone with no knowledge of how he usually acts.

Wow, this is different and fantastically compelling, because you feel how dreadful the situation is through others, not the Doctor. I do hope there's a cure, but I like how you haven't tried to explain the nuances of the illness. That would make it less authentic somehow.
