I don't think this is a cold. Zicam had no effect on it, and I have no congestion or anything else, just this cough and an agonizingly sore throat.

I hope it's not strep or something.

I'm a Zicam fan, myself. But Zicam was totally powerless over this - I don't think it's a cold.
