Also, maybe you can explain, since you know about such things and I'm too lazy to ask Wikipedia: what's the connection between then name "Fenrir" and wolves? I'mma guess it's that Fenrir was a wolf-god, or a god who hung out with wolves, or whose spirit animal was a wolf, or who dressed up like wolves for kicks, or somesuch. What's the real story?

I was going to say that it's interesting his name is associated with a good character in Riese (pronounced Rees, btw, which makes me sad because I preferred Rise-uh, which would be the Germanic pronunciation), but then I realized that they're pretty much inverting all of the Norse mythology. (See also Asgard, the Norse realm of the gods (the good ones, anyway), being recast as Amara's capital in Riese.)
So not only are they using Norse mythology, they're also reinterpreting it. This is so cool! :D
