Aww, I'm really sorry about this and I feel your rage.

It's terrible when people don't appreciate what you're doing and even more so repeating it on TV where it can have a real life impact on budgeting :(

I don't understand it when people who've had formal schooling think that librarian or archivist is a simple no-thought,no-work job. It just boggles me. I have an entire rant here which I think you've probably heard, so I'll just skip it and let you take it as read.
