Fresh pineapple is one of my favorite foods and nothing beats a good, large, sharp knife for cutting it.

I may have gotten a little too enthusiastic about eating the fruit off the peel. My lips are bleeding from it. I didn't notice until I wondered what the red spots where after I had taken a bite.

11 key limes yields about a fourth of a cup of juice, if that. Juicing 11 key limes is very tiring, our automatic juicer did not juice them well.
