We live in the Legacy apts, on Division n' Yakima. Next to Wright's park. And we are now experiencing a drug problem with a tenant on the third floor. Cause yesterday there was this guy who was chasing people up and down our street going up to random people and people coming in and out of our building asking for money. So today we are going to complain to the managers, cause I felt so unsafe with my little cutie pie dressed up as a little princess and my face all decked out in gold glitter and pastel green and blue paint looking like a butterfly.
