I know I covered that bit about Draco not being Harry's nemesis because it is Voldemort, but I'm pretty sure they meant school archenemy here. They've used that term for Draco a few times, calling him Harry's big foe, but he's just a very boring bully who torments Harry because he's a pathetic little shit himself who needs to harass others to make themselves feel better. I think these people are going by the movies where you see Draco more than Voldemort, so he tends to come to mind as the rival when it's very much an inaccuracy there.
My arch-rivals and arch-nemesiseseses are usually people I have been or often are or always am friends with. So much more fun and meaningful that way. Stupid kids who pick on you don't warrent such honorifics. Draco might think he is Harry's arch-rival - but he's not even a rival anymore (at the moment - you could say he was a Quiddich rival for awhile). I was hoping for a different character development for Draco and I actually still do hope so - not that I like the character, just how I like to story complexity unfold.
About Haley Joel Osment... Well, first, I'll state it's good he's okay. Second... HE'S 18??? Damn, now I feel old... It was bad enough when child stars I saw while growing up became adults... now I'm seeing child stars I first watched after I began college becoming adults. :P
I dunno my problem is I find it hard to keep arch-rivals around. They seem to always dissappear without a trace or meet with freak hamster related accidents.
I have the same problem when I wake up and get ready for work in the morning. That's why, when I downloaded all the Avatar episodes and Justice League Unlimited episodes, I saved some for the morning. It worked out really well, considering I like to sit in the morning and eat my cereal at a leisurely pace for about 20 minutes.

"Really you don't think they're to big?"
"No not at all."
I love the Long Road! Why do all the good Sci-Fi Series have to be cancled?!
