I've spoken to a few people since arriving and some interesting information has come to light. Apparently the country of Latvia or someone like that is going around claiming to be the Rail Tracer ( Read more... )

THAT'S BECAUSE RUSSIA IS MADE OF COMMUNISM AND EVIL AND RAIL TRACER but then he left so the Rail Tracer had to find a new body to possess and since Latvia's in the USSR household it picked him only some the evil is still floating around because Latvia has a tiny body instead of Russia's big fat one and he's caused a bunch of death and trouble by being an evil ghost demon train/country eating thing.
