I've spoken to a few people since arriving and some interesting information has come to light. Apparently the country of Latvia or someone like that is going around claiming to be the Rail Tracer

Briefly. I was told you ate trains, passengers on trains, and perhaps mistakenly, that you ate America.

I'm not sure when the idea of eating a train became literal, but no, I don't eat trains. Nor America.

Considering I'm neither a country nor a train, I wasn't very worried.

Trains and countries don't need to be afraid of the Rail Tracer right now. Just people.

So what does the Rail Tracer do?

Cleans up messes. You might be surprised to find out how many messes occur on trains.

I think so. All this talk of me being a train-devouring monster has me a bit put out, you might say.
