mine just opened something similar called Banner, you can view your billing statement, your current class schedule and sign up for classes. viewing your transcript, impossible, also it is incredibly unreliable and now my school is run by jagnet, blackboard, livetext and now banner. all at the same time and with conflicting time restrictions, separate fees and so on and so forth... you think my school would learn better by now...

We just quit Blackboard. Of course, not all classes have made the transition yet, so some people can do SOME of their homework. My teachers all have, so I'm SOL, but some people can. *sigh*

agreeing with you completely... it's incredibly frustrating especially since I have a teacher who uses blackboard, livetext and wants us to buy a 80 dollar program called myohm lab that will do the same thing. Your icon is incredibly appropriate.

Oh man, I've had to buy those my"insert-subject-here" labs before. Half my textbooks come with them in fact-which of course jacks up the price-but we NEVER use them. I think I've used them TWICE in my two and a half degrees and at least one of those was an online class so that WAS our homework.

LOL Thank you. It's my go-to icon for dealing with my school.
