I agree: who needs designer clothes with a natural look like that!? And I think he's aging well, not always the case with blondes... (okay, so he's loosing hair, but that's genetics, you can't do anything about it). And I found his comment about Bosie very interesting. Although I think perhaps he was less brave and just more of a person who wanted to provoke. But he definitly had that "Fuck you!" attitude.
(I need more Jude Law icons. Next thing on my list. ^_^ )
I don't want to shallow and I am not saying he is not good-looking now, but I guess everyone would be happier (except some evil-minded repoters) if Jude could save some of his hair. I think there's always some solutions with it, in a natural or articficial way, but choise to do nothing and I wonder why. IMO if he want to stay natural he can at least lengthen his hair (as it doesn't seem thinning) and cover up the his receeding hairline.
Sure, Jude may rather us to recognise his talent more than his look, and he may be gladly staying with this horrible hairstyle, but I call it unecessary because he was already nominated for Oscars twice when he was youthful and look flawless--we know he can be hot and talented.
Jude also said Bosie is the first time a role offered to him. When he read for the part, he thought it was an insult to him 'cos Bosie was "the nastier bastard you would ever meet in your life", so he tried very hard to find some worth-deeming elements in Bosie. He found one of these should be

Thanks for the explanation. I thought I heard "tyran" so I checked it in yahoo!dictionary but found nothing. Then I saw "tiran" in the turkish subtitle on that interview clip and wondered if it's another word. Honestly, I am not only an illiterate but a deaf too.
Despite his hatrad on the character, Jude played Bosie perfectly. I think Jude makes me adore Bosie and defend for him more than I should.
OMG!!! Those pictures are gorgeous <3 *ahem* *not thinking dirty thoughts at all* I love his quote about Bosie. Before reading The Secret Life of Oscar Wilde, I had a love/hate thing with Bosie. After I read that book I saw that he truly loved Oscar...what I still don't like about him is that after Oscar Wilde died he became an asshole and pro-Nazi D:< oh yeah, and he tried not to be "homosexual" anymore either *eyeroll* lot of good that did since I read he had a homosexual encounter several times in his later years.
I think he truly loved Oscar, but perhaps he even loved himself a bit more, always self-centric like a child.
I know Bosie tried to be straight (if he thought so) after Wilde's death. How his marriage with Olive functioned is just as interesting as his story with Wilde:
Sure :) I read in an article somewhere about a guy in his 20s who was obsessed with Oscar Wilde, I think he was a journalist I'm not sure. But he eventually met up with Bosie who was 60 at this time. The younger guy wanted to get close to Oscar through Bosie and they ended up having sex. Bosie told him " We didn't have to go that far for you to get close to Oscar since all we ever did was have oral sex." So yeah, being straight never works out for gays....and vice versa, marriage doesn't keep you from being gay lol. Which was very obvious with Oscar >.>
Now I think about it I've heard about the part that Bosie had said he and Oscar only had oral sex in an interview. Soon Oscar found out Bosie did not enjoy having sex with him so they even ceased it. He also cried in front of the interviewer like a little lost child to confess that he missed and loved Oscar.
But having sex with that 20-something Oscar fan when Bosie was 60?? OMG! Okay, and it's further than an oral sex :D So it meant Bosie was the receiving end or...
