Yesterday after work I was wandering through Barnes & Noble when I heard a B-52's song.  I know it was a B-52's song because I heard Fred and Kate and Cindy and it had a beat that was really familiar, but I didn't know it.  So I think maybe it was off their new record.

Joan Baez is too radical and scary for Walter Reed.  It seems that John Mellencamp was giving a performance for the injured troops, and he invited his pal Joan to tag along.  The army brass said no way -- ostensibly because her invite was too last-minute.  Riiight.  Anyway, she was bummed about not being allowed to perform, but I think she should ( Read more... )
