Yorkshin Photoshoot Pics (Part 2 - group pics!)
Here's the rest of the pictures from the HxH photoshoot at Hacostadium! It's so nice when you don't have to edit the photos because they already look great in the first place =D
Everybody had brought a ton of screencaps and official art to work with! We kinda needed to, because come to think if it, there are barely any scenes in the Yorkshin arc when everyone is together. This scene when the gang all met up at a hotel is one of the only ones that we could think of.
I loved it when Leorio and Killua popped out from behind the couch xD
We also used the white screen a lot, because usually it's so popular that you have to wait a long time for your turn. But we were almost the only people there this time, so we could take our time with it and take lots of pictures! It's nice finally seeing some full-body shots of my new cosplay! The only thing that slightly bothers me is that I should've probably made the top a little narrower because my shouders are so narrow, but other than that I really like how the proportions and symmetry turned out, despite not even having a full-length mirror while I was working on it. And surprisingly you can't see how many creases there actually are in the yellow bias band...
I also loved seeing Yume-san's interpretation of Killua's outfit! I did the same one myself before, and it seems like we both had the same idea of sewing the lock charm to the shirt instead of using a real necklace, because that's the only way it'll stay perfectly in place. The jeans looked really good as well, even though I'd never considered that it might be jeans (I'd just used cotton for the shorts)
I probably also mentioned this before but I love how the height diferences in our group are exactly right! (even when sitting down) >wwww<

I wish my earring was more visible in this one, but it's still cute >w<

I always love pictures like this, especially when the height proportions work out well! Killua also did a good job hiding the wireless flash behind his boot in all of the standing pictures on the white screen (we'd set it up behind us to give some more depth to the pictures)
Gon and Killua had the beetle phone props ^o^ Apparently they made them themselves! There does exist an official phone case that sort of looks like it (which is what the box was from) but it's massive because it's made to fit an entire smartphone, so they just used the box and then their own props.
Any challengers!?
(I was having trouble with my colored contacts, so the others took these while I was taking them out ^^;)

Promo-poster type photo... I don't think there's any official art exactly like this, but I think it conveys the atmosphere of the arc really well!
Tracking the Ryodan? I dunno, but this pic was fun to set up. I still don't know how Killua managed to poke out from behind the wall almost horizontally xD
There was a box, so we tried going into it, but Leorio didn't fit xD
Greed Island OVA ending pose! "Ne, Moshimo..." is still one of my favourite HxH songs ;_; We found a background that was almost perfect for it! (Except we're in the new anime's outfits, lol)
After Killua and I switched to the Hunter exam oufits, we took some more pics, mostly at the white screen
We still have no idea what everyone is supposed to be doing in this piece of official art, but it was fun to try and replicate (a version of) it

Seems like everyone mostly wanted to take fluffy pics like this, including me xD
I'm so far behind on the current arc of HxH, but I hope we'll get to see everyone together again some day! T_T
