A question: what technology from your own world arrived here with you, if any? Does it still work?

Any information on this planet would be most welcome - even if you think you've heard it or said it all before. Can't fault a woman for being in a cell, can you? That or a general time frame, if anyone knows what century we're in.

Only thing that came with me is my gun, and I don't want to waste a bullet just because I'm curious y'know? This place looks like it's a bit before gunpowder.

Don't know what year it is here either, but I was in one of the cells too, so I can't really help with the other question.

Which makes me wonder if there's a technological limit on what works.

If I'd shown up with anything other than the clothes on my back I'd check, but all my stuff is still back at the place I was staying.

Well, last time I checked a calendar it was AC 195, don't know if that helps you any.
