Will sleeps long and deep, briefly waking throughout the day and night as his body struggles against the fever.

Much later he wakes more fully realizing he's hungry but is too worn to get food so stays in bed, feeling weak and trying to remember what he said to Kate.

She quietly comes in to see him.

"How are you feeling, Brother?"

He sits up and gives a tired smile, he's still rather pale and has been sleeping most of the day,

"Doin' better, Mia, just was 'elpin' some folks in Nottingham an got sick."

[gorgonfondness]

She nods in understanding.

"I know how that can be. I was sick not long ago myself. I really had Draco worried. He didn't leave my side the entire time."

Will blushes a little at that thinking of Kate sitting beside him,

"'ow long 'ave I been gone 'ere? Was couple o'weeks in Sherwood."

[gorgonfondness]

She thinks back.

"That sounds about right, but I hadn't seen you since your birthday party. How has Sherwood been?"

[will_scarlett]

He's quiet and looks much more tired,

"Looks to be a 'ard Winter, was 'elpin' Tuck care for some sick folks an goin' to get somethin' when found the Bar, fever 'bout knocked me out yester eve."

[gorgonfondness]

"Some of that is going around at home, too. The winter looks like it will ave more snow this year. At around Halloween, I was hit with sickness, much like when we first met. Not too different at all, really. I thought it was the curse again, but everyone else has told me it was simply the flu."

[will_scarlett]

"Glad to see ye got better an probably shouldna be round me too much cause dinna wish ye to get sick 'gain think Draco would get angry at me."

[gorgonfondness]

"Draco will simply have to deal with it," she says. "He had to when I refused to take his potion. I didn't understand that it wouldn't work, you see."

[will_scarlett]

"Guppy an Inari 'ave 'elped me an Kate's been patient an watchin' o'er me a bit, just need to rest an I'll be fine."

[gorgonfondness]

"Good, but it's my job to watch you, too. Do you need anything?"

[will_scarlett]

"Think I could do with some tea an ye can tell me 'ow yer plans are goin'."

She nods and gives him a quiet, "I'll be right back," before leaving briefly and returning with a tray of tea. The same kind he had given to her before, the one he said his mother gave him when he was sick.

"Well, I've hired a wedding manager. Someone to keep track of everything so that Draco and I can work without worrying about it ourselves. His name is Marc St. James, from New York. He said he'd like to take me there for clothes."

[will_scarlett]

"Been to New York once, was strange but sure ye'll 'ave fun an glad ye dinna 'ave to worry 'bout it."

He's glad of the tea though he's still rather weak and tired so only takes small sips and tries not to be too worn out.

"You should probably meet Marc," she says. "I imagine everyone in the wedding party will have to. That way you can tell him what you want to wear. And don't worry about expense or anything like that. That's my family's job."

Mia doesn't really toss her family around like that a lot, but it is the bride's family that's supposed to pay for the wedding and Marc already said he's treating her to her shopping spree, so she'll have plenty to take care of the people standing with her.

"Oh aye, should then, well I'll do me best to get better quick as I can."
