I wish they'd give a little non-technical-category love to SF/F shows other than the one that consistently doesn't thrill me (and even the tech nods are a little thin this year!), but at least it's some positive news for the fans unhappy with its cancellation.

Also, James Jandrisch is up against himself for scoring another show, besides the rest of the field, so as much as I think the DD music couldn't have been any better, I'm not holding my breath. And it would have been nice to see a writing nod for BT when Peter Mohan got the Best Showrunner award from the WGC, and don't get me started on the acting categories in that regard or we'll be here all day. (Yes, I'm biased. It's my LJ. Deal.)

Still and all, I have a pretty respectable number of people to root for considering that I don't live in the country where the awards happen and have no legit access to at least 90% of the nominated shows. (No idea what Would Be Kings is, but it has a boatload of noms, and go Ben!)

On that note, I really ought to get caught up on The Border, as I don't think I've seen the eps Cath is up for.
