I'm not done yet. I'm done planning, but I'll have another 30K ahead of me, I think :)

I have to write. I just don't work properly when I don't.

Here's the collage. The main characters appear several times, the others one time each (and I've cast GM as twins).

I like the idea of just having the characters tell their stories rather than full-fledged flashbacks chapters. If this were being into a movie those descriptive sections could still easily be flashbacks. Sometimes that shift back and forth can be jarring... it works a bit better if the location stays the same, but if they're switching time and location then it can get harder to follow.
