If it makes you feel better, David's forearms were hurting him after moving the loveseat as well. And wearing his clothes is kinda cool - and it was neat actually seeing you in a tshirt which wasn't huge on you ;)

Yeah, when I buy new shirts I buy them a little smaller, but I haven't thrown out a bunch of old ones that are bigger and continue to wear them some. At least I'm less self-conscious than I once was about my chest--it looks more like pecs and less like manboobs these days than it used to ;)

Also, my dryer's coolest setting that still has heat is rather warm. Basically my dryer has three settings: fluff, hot, and blazing hot. I'm really hoping it didn't stretch out that shirt, but it might have a bit. If it's too bad I will, of course, replace it. And scold my dryer, much good that does :P

I am not too worried about the t-shirt - they are cheap and it was pretty old to begin with (nice and soft :)
I'm glad you are getting less self-conscious about your appearance - you are an attractive man and should enjoy it!
