So yesterday my friend rebel_aqarius had a birthday party, and it was me and three of her other friends. We had what she described as a "carb-fest". Baked pasta and white bread with butter for dinner, chocolate-Frango mint cake, then two bags of chips and assorted candy bars. The next morning we all had at least four chocolate chip pancakes. You know, SPN is the first show that I've ever followed as it was on. BtVS, Angel, and QaF I only got into after they were over, and I watch Smallville on DVD because I've only seen through Season 2, and watching it now would be way confusing. So one of my best friends was in the hospital before Christmas, with and IV and the whole nine yards. He doesn't return my emails for two weeks. Another fandom!!!
Okay, so now I have another fandom, for a TV show called Supernatural. The main (and pretty much only) fanfic pairing in it is incest between brothers, which is fascinating to me. New fandom!!!
The reason I've been so absent from lj of late is that I've been completely absorbed in a new fandom, Queer as Folk. It's a TV show that was on Showtime, which means there were very few limits on the stuff they show. The characters are incredible, the concept is original...a mind-blowing show.
