So, I got back from Chicago late Friday night. I had a good week as far as training is concerned. Met some cool people, learned a lot, etc. BUT, I also had the flu while I was up there...that proved to be pretty interesting. OK..the mental image of you shaving while perched on the commode...made me laugh even though it was a sad situation...the idea of you, Mr. Fitness, not having enough strength to stand up...awww...it's great you're feeling better now. It is pretty amazing what Pizza, icecream and some rest can do for you.
