TF: Rare-Pairing Halloween Trick ‘o Treat

Authors Notes: I had fun doing the prowlxjazz Anniversary Challenge, if no one else enjoyed reading them. So when tf_rare_pairing announced their October challenge, I thought I might try something similar. Though this is going to be different as I have to write on a daily basis again. But that was fun when I did it before ( both times). So yeah… wish the ever-more-eccentric one luck?

Smokescreen offlined his optics, letting the music thrum through him. Doorwings flicking, he did a small circle, letting himself be surrounded by the music. He raised his arms above his head, hands together, fingers pointing towards the ceiling. He moved slowly, a step and then another one, arms coming down to swing around, all forming part of an intricate dance.
He kept his optics offline as he danced, sensors and his own doorwings telling him if he got too close to his furniture. He danced like no one was watching him; free and easy and utterly unrestrained. It would be intoxicating and enchanting to watch.
Smokescreen finished with a flourish, landing on his knees, back arched, wings flared wide. He vented hard, cooling his systems down. He onlined his optics and stared pointedly at the camera in the corner.
“Beautiful.” Was the immediate response. “I knew you could dance.”
“And I knew you were watching.” Smokescreen commed back, easing himself off the floor.
“Always watching you.” Red Alert replied, and somehow managed to make it sound positive. Smokescreen smiled.
“Good, now get your aft back to our quarters so you can watch me dance again in person.”
