that was heartbreaking. Ratchet is free, yes, but Shockwave still doesn't quite get the message. he's still keeping the situation at a distance ("this was a bad idea" rather than "wow, I really did a bad thing") not entirely accepting his own responsibility. he knows he was wrong, but he never says if he was wrong with the idea or if his actual actions were wrong.

and well, Shockwave being Shockwave, I doubt he thinks his methods were wrong even if they're having spectularly negative results.
