medical troubles (but no need to panic! ^^)

So I went to see the doc today. I don't think I've mentioned this on LJ (unlike real life, where I whine nonstop) but I have really retarded legs. When I was really little the doctor said I might need leg braces because I walked completely on the arch of my foot and it was twisting my leg. In the end we settled for really good shoes. ^^

It really, really does. But he also says that in a couple of years my bones should have had enough time to rebuild, and they'll be stronger, so this problem isn't forever. =) YAY HOPE

I have a friend who's legs...they fold inwards, or SOMETHING. Like, at the knee, the bow back, like the bend the wrong way. She can't stand for too long.

♥ Well-wishing always helps!

It's not too big a deal as long as I follow the doctor's orders. I've been doing lots of sit-ups/leg-raises/etc. and weight training to make up for the cardio that I can no longer do.
