I used to have major depression. I think what helped me out is that I stopped internalizing negative feelings. I accepted bad feelings, felt them for a little bit, and then moved on to think positively about the good things that were happening. I told my brain that it was not allowed to make me feel bad. And I still do! I hope you feel better. It will pass.
