Week 1: Start

So today was (is) day 1 of Week 1 of our Family Weight Loss Challenge, well Tom's family, but I still count. Also, let's be fucking beasts this year. Beast mode for me today is going to include a very long fun after I deal with some shit down at campus. Fun fact, U Albany has a 3 mile paved loop that they actually keep plowed! Hello running place for the remainder of the winter!
