Week 1: Start

So today was (is) day 1 of Week 1 of our Family Weight Loss Challenge, well Tom's family, but I still count. So far today I've weighed in, (that number might not get posted here), I've had my two shakes, added an apple at breakfast to meet my fiber goals, kind of bugged out over how many calories were in a single ham barbecue sandwich at lunch, I've taken ALL of my supplements at EVERY MEAL (huge accomplishment) and I've drank over a gallon of water today. I've pissed like a gallon of water too, but I think that was to be expected.

I'm looking forward to seeing how this will go. I'll try and update at the middle of the week, and definitely when week two starts, all I know is that I'm going to work my ass off to beat Joe (Tom's older brother), and that I'll be seeing Candace and Graham in Charlotte this weekend for a training seminar!
