    Today is really hot *meh*

OwO But while the weather should be reason enough for me to hide in a nice dark place, I did finish watch this season of "Claymore". I don't know where the manga is, but I know a new chapter is due in Nov., so I don't think a second season will be out soon - prolly next year. Which is way better than having to wade ( Read more... )

I can't wait for the 2nd season of Code Geass! ^_^ And your rant about Suzaku literally had me laughing. I've tried so hard to like him but he always managed to rub me the wrong way, and for the reasons you listed. Maybe he is going to go the same way as Euphie, lol... :x And I feel so sorry for Nunally, since she seems to like Suzaku so much yet he is totally clueless about her feelings. -_-

Agree with you on C.C.! <3 her~ ^_^

Aww! Euphie was so awesome, and surprisingly popular.

It's comforting knowing that I'm not the only fangirl to hate Suzaku. *yayz*

Ah, I liked the Claymore anime, but it really started going downhill after they diverged from the manga. I'm fairly sure the manga will have much smarter and superior resolutions.

And I echo several of your sentiments about Code Geass. Suzaku is a total douche, and I hate him for having such a stupidly powerful mech made out of Deus ex Machina and powered by bullshit. Strangely, I started liking him more once it's revealed what an ass he is (it's more like I enjoyed hating him more).

Lelouch is awesome and my favorite character, yet I'm not so sure he can really be called noble. For instance, when I try to imagine the type of empire he would build if he took over the world, I don't see it as very different from the one his father has.

As for C.C., I'm very suspicious of her. Sure, she acts pretty nice to Lelouch towards the end there, but she was also very nice to that psycho guy that could read minds. Plus, there's certainly some sort of deadly twist or price behind the geas she gave to Lelouch that she hasn't told him about.
