Mazel tov! how adorable!! i had a hamster once. his name was jasper. well, it was my sisters but i played with him. i used to roll him around in one of those clear exercise balls!!! ahhh! i cant believe i was so mean. it makes me want to cry when i think about it. i once rolled him down the stairs :( ugh.
zoos upset me. those pacing animals. poor tigers!
cleaning out the animal cage sucks! i had a rabbit that had a huge cage (it was free to run around most of the time though since i litter trained it) but damn, what a pain in the ass.
now i want a pet! i wish i had the time and money for a dog.
Geez, woman, how easily you forget the covenant of the L-rd, your God. I have to circumcise them first, before any bar/bat mitzvot can take place or any yarmulkas can be knit.
*puke* :) hehehe. i had to give my baby nephew to the guy who does the snipping. i was hysterical! hahaha... my mom has pictures of me with tears rolling down my face. poor little guy!
I think you should get another cage, never clean it, give your squirrels nothing to do but plot against the hamsters, and then conduct hamster-organized air raids against the squirrels. Then you will have the Gaza Strip! :P
Lol @ 'never clean it'. Hey, the squirrels can be old, corrupted little bastards. OK, so the squirrels can receive aid from me in the form of nuts - which they will end up using as bombs against the hamsters. But I will also support the building of a huge wall between Hamsterland and the Squirrelian Territories, where some hamsters reside too, but will soon be evacuated.

Well, I'm too sleepy to care if they're nocturnal or diurnal. They can make as much noise as they want during the night, as long as they're not in my room. They don't play loud, tasteless rock music, do they? 'cause when you said 'party animal'....
I know an Israeli boy who has two dogs in his apartment! And yes, he lives with his family in Tel Aviv. He takes his dogs out for walks regularly, I think.
I haven't checked to see if I have an Ariella or Zipporah [that's what Moshe will be called if he turns out to be a girl]. They've been sterilized by the Petzone people, so I think and hope that they won't multiply. And if they do start having shiploads of children, I have non-vegetarian friends..
hamsterssssss!! NO!!punkassfaeryMarch 1 2006, 20:12:33 UTC
my lil sister (who is mad bout animals) made my dad get 3 hamsters a long time ago. they multiplied like crazy (i wuld know...i saw them 'doing it' and at one point we had over 20 lil fuckers running round in 3 very smelly cages. i hated the entire experience cuz i dont even like friggin animals. but the babies are beautiful and soft. but i guess if they are sterilised they wont be a big problemo. so have fun cuz they are pretty funny creatures.

Ok, I dunno where you got your hamsters from.. but these have been sterilized. Well, that's what I've been told. I'm just praying that I don't have any more of 'those little fuckers' being born in that cage.

I need a cat. Though cleaning up behind it will be another tedious task.

Aw, it's much better than having it done later in life, I suppose.
