Aw, gweeeen eyes are so hot. If I was totally whacky, I'd wear green lenses even though I have good vision, but they'd make look really stupid :D

Daniyal,or anyone else, would you happen to know the meaning of the word "shaheen" in arabic?

My old french teacher, who was egyptian and who thought I was middle eastern because of my name, often called me "shaheen". Like, instead of "Anna, what is the answer," he would say, "Shaheen, what is the answer."

I never had the nerve to ask him what it meant, and I assume he thought I understood. I guess he could have said another word, but it sounded very close to shaheen.

Yes, I think it means 'royal' in Farsi [Iranian language]. It's got no such meaning in Arabic.
'Shah' means king in poetic Farsi. If you remember, the Shah ruled Iran until 1979. 'Shahi' means royal in Urdu, and because Farsi and Urdu are deeply connected, I think 'Shaheen' means royal in Farsi.

don't know joshua too well, but from what i've heard he's quite a douche-bag...
interesting conversations in the library...wish i could have one of those from time to time.
you really shouldn't bother with PTA meetings; they are known infact; to just be a complete waste of time. hehe

I decided after this ordeal of a PTA meeting that I'm not going to make my mom attend any more of those. They're frikkin' useless!

I think I'M cute too! So much in common... =D Hope that guy's head is ok. Next time, tell him to do it AWAY from brick walls, concrete, rivers...just surround him with pillows. I'd be too chicken to try it too. Sounds trippy.
