I'm sick again. It crept in yesterday, I think. My left eye started watering and my left nostril joined in. I dunno why it's happening, I'm not really allergic to anything [well, maybe I'm a little bit allergic to the fucking filthy pots, cutlery, dishes, cups and bowls in our kitchen..]. You'll have to send me your Daal recipe (if you don't mind). I made garlicky-lentil soup this weekend, and while not bad, it was lacking ... something. I do love curried lentils also, and tis' the season for that: 14" of snow to date since Sat with 2-3" more tomorrow. Makes me want to tele-commute.

Good luck in finding a nice place to sit.

Excellent! I haven't found the red lentils locally as of yet, only green or brown, which I assume work just as well but perhaps not as colorful. I will let you know how it turns out, and thank you for the detailed instructions.

The snow passed by to the south: Iowa. However, Saturday - yet again -promises to make a name for itself. It's becoming rather irritating, and it was -9f Wed night. Cold ...

AND you do have to take your opportunities when presented, for they only become regrets afterwards if you do not.

Are you a grain of rice?

My rice is usually adequately salty.. I guess I let too much fall last time.

Sinus complaints all gone! I have no clue how, though. And I'm supposed to be a medic..

Thanks!!

I dunno what I'll learn next - maybe some sort of curry or something.

We'll be performing in Feb.. seems like a long time away, but it'll be here in no time and I still won't know the steps!

My ma isn't expecting!! My pregnant mother = the study mother whom a partner and I are following through her pregnancy as an assignment.

Good to hear from you!
