After school today [you know when I begin my stories with that phrase, it's gonna be something saucy], I walked across the footbridge and sat down on the bench at the bus-stop. Your "friend" is lucky that I wasn't there. Otherwise, I might have had to break his face. No one pushes Danu around and doesn't walk away without a headache!

Things aren't always so different in America, as there are plenty of pig-headed Christians who think they know everything. The key is to learn how to deal with them, or even better, to avoid them entirely. Keep your chin up, my friend!

You don't break the faces of such people.. no, you collect them in jars and display them in museums.

I don't know if you've watched Robin Williams' stand-up comedy show in Broadway, but there's a part where he describes people from the church coming to his door at 6 AM on a Sunday and asking "Have you found Jesus?" And you're tempted to go to the door naked and say, "No! Come help me look for him!" :) :)

You've met such weirdos in Dubai too? Wow, they must be more concentrated in this city than I previously thought!

I guess it happens because Dubai's such a huge melting pot of cultures.. the eyes see all sorts of exotic "treasures" if you know what I mean, and one gets tempted easily.

BTW, thanks a bunch for linking this post from your journal :) Sweet of you.
