What kind of celebrations do you and yours have for the winter solstice? What do you feel are age appropriate activities for toddlers and preschoolers to learn about the solstice? How do you deal with the Christmas and Santa overload at this time of year? Do you have problems with schools or child-care centers pushing Christmas on your child

We led a ritual at our UU church yesterday, and our two sons, 6 and 5 months were watched by a member's daughter. It would have been a great ritual for our 6 year old, if we were not leading the ritual
