I would totally create/breed a horse with wings (and able to fly, of course- though I may have to re-write the laws of physics) that could talk and was psychic. It would also have thumbs, and very good aim with a shotgun.

I would then proceed to create a life-sized fully functional model of it, made entirely of duct tape and marshmallows. :3
