Paying Tribute To My Hero:

I haven't talked about him so much on here, but my hero? He's been my hero since 2009, and though he means more to me than I could honestly ever hope to put into words, with this, I tried.

I wrote this originally on fb to go with a picture I posted as my profile pic today since it was his birthday, but I thought I'd post it here, too.

I've wanted to write something for him/about him for a long time, and I didn't exactly intend to last night, I just wanted to post that picture and then I thought "Well, I should try to explain why he's so important to me", and then it just turned into this, <3 One of my friends that read it on fb said I should send a copy of it to Gerard...and I think I just might.

I definitely think you should send it to him. It's...really moving. And I don't know *that* much about him, but from what I can tell, he'd really appreciate hearing it. He really is an amazing person.

Oh wow. I know next to nothing about MCR, but I have an LJ friend who is a fan. And reading this - anyone who can cause such intense positivity must be an awesome guy.
