Well, your standard Loch Ness Monster (probably) has row upon row of serrated teeth, and (may or may not have) several tons of prehistoric aquatic reptile muscle. Bigfoot (if he exists) has lots of hair and (allegedly) a wristwatch.
This just means Bigfoot will know what time it is when he got his ass handed to him.
I know I'm once agan favouring the losing side, but I just can't help but imagine Bigfoot hauling Nessie up out of the water onto dry land (where she has next to no strength) and strangling her with his massive strength.
I vote for Bigfoot.
Also, he's more likely to be able to wield a harpoon gun.
As for the next to no-strength-on-dry-land thing, you're thinking of sharks, which have no bones. Even a trout has enough strength to fling itself into the air, when removed from the water. Nessie would need far more muscle mass to compensate for the difficulty of displacing water at the extent of her allegedly large fins. Oh, it would be a flailing, uncontrolled strength, but Bigfoot is not known for his agility. No one would be able to say he was't inexplicably hit by a truck, preserving the uncertainty of Nessie's existence.

What, you didn't know that Jack the Ripper was actually Nessie?
