I really like the interesting points of view in here and how you still made the song a big part of it, just in a different way.

The song was definitely key. The story didn't come together until I realized that.

asdsadjskdj. That was just amazing levels of adorable and awesome, particularly Barbarawright was budding! Loved that, along with the moon landing mixer.

Barbarawright was budding!

OH GOD I LOVED WRITING THAT LINE. I had planned on having her come to that realization from the start of the fic and it gave me reason to hack away at the TARDIS perspective until I finally got into her head and the writing started to flow.

Also, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE REC.

Here via a rec from elliptic_eye -- this was wonderful, especially the TARDIS POV section.

I am so glad the TARDIS POV worked so well for everyone. I had a lot of fun writing it, but after I did I started to worry it was too twee. So I'm glad it wasn't :D

Also here from elliptic_eye and that was really sweet! It was lovely to read the POV of a TARDIS who loves and cares for all her passengers. And may I say, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks the "oooh-eee-oooh" part of the theme is totally the TARDIS singing. XD

It was lovely to read the POV of a TARDIS who loves and cares for all her passengers.

People--including spin-off writers--always seem to write the TARDIS as being a jealous sort of female. I wanted to try and make her both more maternal and a little more alien.

And may I say, I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thinks the "oooh-eee-oooh" part of the theme is totally the TARDIS singing. XD

It's TOTALLY the TARDIS singing--just like the beat underneath is totally the Master drumming ;)

Oh, this is just wonderful, a lovely take on the original, and all the POVs - the TARDIS in particular, but also little Johnny and Tegan - are perfectly done. So many great little details, like the TARDIS' joy at the growing fetus, and the moon landing get-together (and "Aunt Dodobird" is just delightful), and Dante's Inferno - oh, all of it, really. Touching and terrific work.

I had SO MUCH FUN WRITING THEM ALL. Especially the TARDIS and little Johnny. Tegan was a little harder, but I tried my best and I'm pretty satisfied with how it turns out.
