A while back there was a poll on the OG asking which companions people genuinely thought the Doctor might have been, erm, "showing the universe" offscreen. Tonight I saw a post advertising a recs list that supposedly contained "the best DW fiction there is" so I had a look, to find that the recs were all Ninth and Tenth Doctor.
