Though I'm not quite done yet. I've accomplished one wristwarmer, and it was most certainly the most complicated pattern thing I've tried yet! I learned a lot about cabling and following a pattern in this one, by golly. ( Tadaaah! )
Thank you! You can't really see it, but there are a couple of stitches that are a bit wider where I went from needle to needle, but I'm hoping that they'll even out. You can't really tell though.
Thank you! That's a lovely pattern. I already knitted her Boom Town scarf, and fancied doing the red fingerless gloves from that ep (they've got thumbs and fingers and are very plain) but the Doomsday ones are really lovely. Perhaps I'll do both, each in a colour that matches one of those on my scarf. :-)
I think you're right. Now I just have to figure out where I've LOST A STITCH, and I can get around to finishing the second glove. The second one is just flying along, or it was, before I lost a stitch. I didn't *drop* it, I claim, it RAN OFF. With my pencil. I hope they're very happy together. *sideways glare at knitting bag*

And yes, both the wrist warmer and the Jayne hat look quite fine! I have a feeling I'm the only geek knitter I know that hasn't made at least one...
