I thought I'd do recs list for Six and Seven, being the other two most under-represented Doctors in fandom, after One and Two - so this is a recs post for that walking rainbow, the Sixth Doctor! Thank you very much for posting this to the comm - again, it looks like the product of considerable time and effort, and I can already see some fics on there I need to add to my "to read" list. I can't wait for the Seven one, now. :)

Yeah, people need to embrace the coat. It gets a lot of stick, but it doesn't deserve it. ;)

Why should a 900 year old alien genius who travels the universe in a police box dress sensibly? And like Five's cricketing costume complete with celery was sensible. Or that scarf! He's just got old enough for his equivalent of wearing purple, that's all. :-)

(And, yes, I know. You're just waiting so you troll me with hate because of how much you despise and detest Seven and that Ace person.)

Your list is great, but it does have one obvious, glaring omission, probably because it's Not Etiquette to rec yourself. So, I will correct the matter, and copy from what I said when I recced your fic on Calufrax:

A Row (or Two) by vvj5 (lost_spook). All ages, 1353 words. Six and Evelyn are locked in a cell and have a discussion about escaping and knitting (not necessarily in that order). This fic single-handedly turned me into an Evelyn fan, even though I had never heard any of her audios when I first read it. The dialogue shines, and Six is captured perfectly.

I know you said no self-recs, but sometimes there's good stuff out there that people don't know about. But this one was recced on Calufrax, so I'm making an exception.

Appearances Can Be Deceiving - (All ages, 6,515 words. 6th Doctor, Peri) - It was trouble enough dealing with one Doctor, let alone two. Peri she didn't think she'd have to deal with herself, an other self, a different self.

She stared at the other Peri, with her one hoop earring, biker boots, and bowie knife - Okay, that was just weird...
