The Doctor's Faithful Friend
So I got a copy of Joy Gammon's "Doctor Who Pattern Book" so that I could knit K-9 for a friend of mine. He just had his first son and I thought a knitted K-9 toy would be sweet.
The pattern itself isn't great... it's pretty vague. But I was able to figure it out. :o)
K-9 turned out super cute! There are a few flaws, but they're not really bothersome. If anything, they give him a little bit of character. :o) Also, since this is for a baby, I made everything (excluding the ribbon) out of yarn. That way, there's no chance that he'll stick something in his mouth that he might choke on.

Oh, and my next project? I'm making a cabled 5th doctor newborn hat. This pattern here only smaller. :o) It's turning out quite cute so far.
