Today, I made my first batch of Beef Jerky. It was delicious. I used a premixed marinade that came with my dehydrator, but tweaked it a bit. And I've looked up some recipes for others and am confidant that I can make my own that will taste as good if not better. So it's 9:42 am and I'm sitting here waiting for laundry to finish so I can go to sleep. Been up since 2 yesterday, and I was at work since 6pm until about an hour ago.
