remember, above and beyond the price of the house, you have closing costs, insurance, inspection, all kinds of little extras. Talk to your real estate agent about getting your closing costs paid, or getting them covered by the loan.
I am being 100% financed..in with my mortgage is all the taxes..closing costs etc.. I am well aware of this issue..lol.. its something i do not want to be even remotely naive about.
Well I put in about 25 resumes, but I have yet to hear back from anyone. Next Tuesday is my follow-up day.
And when I bought my house, I didn't know about all this crap, and while I got some good deals thru my agent, I ended up having to drop an extra $2000 that I wasn't planning on.
