So house shopping...
Consumes every fiber of your being.. You can be really annoying to those around you by constantly talking about it or bringing it up..

Its a stressful decision..
I am getting my first home.. I am approved for a certain amount..so I have to be wise.. This is something I am going to be stuck with for years and I do not want to regret it.
I looked with my realtor at some houses today..Believe it or not.. I liked the cheaper one.. The one I thought I would love..I ended up hating.. It had a few good features..but the one down the street *that I thought I would hate* blew it away..
So I am looking in Onion Creek area.. SW..and a new area that is going to be built up in the next few months.. *sigh*
I do not want a cookie cutter home.. I kinda despise them..working for a builder supply company and hearing all the contractors joke about how much their houses suck ass.. it doesnt welcome the thought of purchasing one.
So I am looking into an older home. My realtor is pushing me towards Del Valle which I do not want to move to..Its far from everything..or far in Austin terms and I hate to admit it..but I have grown accustomed to everything being within 7 mins that I could possibly need.
I hate that I cannot get a home in the area I live in now..But I came to find out its one of the MOST EXPENSIVE areas in all of Austin..dammit.
Maybe for the final home.
Let me tell you about what I have my eye on..Or I will update in a bit.. Have to go to another meeting now..*groans*
