This weekend I went to Memphis because I was helping to host my friend's baby shower. Hubs was SUPPOSED to come with me for one reason and one reason only, to take care of the kids so I could focus on being a party giver. You crack me up, woman. You should write these things for baby magazines...but not the kind that wouldn't print anything but duckies and kitties and how mom never loses her temper. The other kind. :)

Oh, I guess my sarcasm didn't shine through. This is not going to be a REAL getaway because it's a family vacation. lol

My girlfriends and I went on a cruise 2 years ago and we're trying to plan another getaway in June. I reeeeeeally hope it works out!

Oh man. I do not envy you that car ride. But on the bright side: look at E's cute little toes! If my feet were that cute, I would totally show them off too.

The good thing about that trip is that Hubs WILL be there, and will also be driving, and my iPod can go really, really loud. :) I'm also thinking I should do a live blog during the trip. It would be entertaining for you guys. lol
