Angela had gone on a last-minute panic shopping spree to find something that was formal enough for a wedding and not black. She was still fidgeting with her dress as she walked in beside Marty.

"So here we are," she murmured, and immediately felt stupid. I mean, how obvious can you get?

Marty smirked a little and leaned over to give her a peck on the cheek. "So we are. Your outfit looks amazing by the way."

Angela blushed and smoothed her skirt a final time. "Thank you," she replied. "I'm so happy for them, but ... it's weird our class is already getting married. Weird for me, I mean, not for them, because they are so clearly right for each other."

"I don't think I could think of an odder couple who are so right for each other," Marty agreed. "John must be right for Aeryn or he would have shot by now."
