Yeah, Mello hardly arrived on time, not when the fucking appointment was to see some shithead of a doctor and it was only proper to say that the blonde was pissed as fuck to see such a asshole who let another out so early. The echo of chains were clearly heard throughout the hallway, dangling from his leather pants and jacket, hands in jacket pockets and a long piece of chocolate in his mouth while the corner of his lips turned into a devious smirk and yellow threads shadowed his eyes.

A hand reached itself from said pocket and wrapped around the doorknob, ignoring the nurses or patients, even the security. Really, were they just sitting on their ass again? But as always, Mello was prepared with guns and blades galore. A leather-gloved hand tightened around the doorknob and turned it slowly, he stepped inside and closed the door behind him. Locking it.

No fucking way out, asshole.Mello was here for therapy? Bullshit, Mello was here to ram a gun into the cunt's mouth and blow that worthless face off but for now he walked over to one ( ... )

Well, this was off to a brilliant start.

The sight of the boots on his desk - the desk he kept so meticulously clean - was enough to nearly make Mikami twitch. Being called "babe" only made it all the worse. But he managed to calm himself, speaking in an even voice. "Please remove your feet from the desk, and please refer to me as Dr. Mikami or Teru, not 'babe'."

Mikami's expectations were already low. Mello seemed likely to be one of the incurable ones - the ones Mikami kept locked up and heavily sedated for their own good and for the good of those around them. Still, there was always some hope - no matter how slight - that one of the seemingly incurable patients would heal quickly.

"Shut the fuck up."

Mello replied cruelly, smirk playing on his lips and scanned his eyes along the fuck clean-ass room, wondering if this shithead of a doctor had any cameras, if so then they will be shot to hell and he pushed the desk over to Mikami, nudging the oh so fucking brilliant doctor and pulled down one of his leather gloves, making a tight sound while glaring at Mikami.

The blonde wasn't here to get fucked up with those wonderful drugs or to be caged up like some sort of lunatic even though he was and knew it, hell he fucking loved it but he was here to get every little spec, every little fucking thing about B he could get his hands on and he tilted his head, leaning against one of his clenched fists, foot digging into the desk and pushing it against the other man, hard.

There was one camera in a far corner of the room, for security purposes. Mostly it went ignored and unused. Mikami's patients were usually either calm enough to refrain from violence or violent enough that they were completely drugged and harmless.

Mikami himself was rapidly becoming irritated. He moved his chair backwards to avoid having his chest crushed by the desk. "You will quickly learn that childish words and childish actions will help you little along the path to therapy. Kindly stop shoving my desk at me, and we will begin the therapy session."

First, he would identify the problem, and then he would eliminate it completely. There was no doubt now. The only question now was whether or not the problem could be deleted without deleting the person as well.
