I am boring lately.

The kind of boring where laughter is like the sound of crisp apples being bitten into - dry, clean, loud and delicious.

So a September came to an end where I quit my excuse-for-a-job-essentially-exploitation, got a new job without looking for it, spent two perfect weeks in Spain and moved in with a man (of the most wonderful kind) for the first time in my life.

Not too shabby. Not shabby at all.

When the blood in your veins returns to the seas
and the earth in your bones returns to the ground
perhaps then you will remember that this land doesn't belong to you,
it is you who belongs to the earth.

So now I am in a situation when suddenly, with all my strivings toward truth and honesty, I am abruptly stripped of all social skills. Honesty, in my case, transforms into bluntness, with a complete disrespect towards any subtlety and tip-toeing around. Funny how life is. Today you have a festival to play at, tomorrow a funeral to go to, Monday - a job interview and a birthday party to host, Tuesday - a flight to Spain and a vacation you've been waiting for so long.
